Refund policy
At DeMarier, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our made-to-order wallpapers. Given the customized nature of our products, we have a strict no-return policy for any custom-made items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Defective or Damaged Products
- Reporting Issues: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the issue and include photo evidence to support your claim.
- Photo Evidence: To process your claim, photo evidence of the defective or damaged product is required. Please ensure that the photos clearly show the defect or damage.
- Evaluation Process: Upon receiving your claim and photo evidence, our team will evaluate the issue to determine whether the product is defective or damaged due to manufacturing errors or during shipping.
- Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement of the same product at no additional cost to you. In cases where a replacement is not feasible, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
Non-returnable Items
Please note that all made-to-order wallpapers are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects or damages incurred during shipping. We cannot accept returns due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer or changes in customer preference after production has begun.
How to Initiate a Claim
To initiate a claim for a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team at info@demarier.com with your order number, the nature of the defect or damage, and the required photo evidence.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
